The former manager of Stromsgodset Deila could be going in for his
ex-goalkeeper and captain in the Norway league after losing his trusted
shot-stopper to Southampton
Ghana goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey is a probable transfer target of Celtic following the departure of Fraser Forster to Southampton.
The Norway-born Ghana international could be joining his former
Stromsgodset manager Ronny Deila, who has been on the heels of the
shot-stopper for some time now.
The 26-year-old has been Deila’s favourite over the years and after
failing to renew his contract with the Norwegian champions, Kwarasey
could make up his mind to switch league.
Kwarasey was working under the tutelage of Deila as Stromsgodset captain when they won the domestic top-flight last season.
It is, however, not clear if Celtic will start a formal request for the services of the Ghanaian soon.
